What is LCD Television?

LCD means "Liquid Crystal Display." LCD gives a vivid picture on a flat screen television that can be manufactured to be only a few inches in depth. LCD TVs are quickly becoming very popular for home audio-video displays.

Sharp Aquos are probably the most popular LCD televisions on the market today. Models with 22" and larger screens come in 16x9 widescreen format. 20" and smaller screen sizes are 4:3 standard broadcast format.

Except for some models in the smaller screen sizes, all Sharp Aquos LCDs have 1366x768 high resolution to display full HDTV for all HD broadcasts.

Comes complete with tuner, speakers, and table stand (optional wall mounts available).
